How we'll keep our
14 AI bots healthy
Explained like you're five ยท for Igor and Ishay ยท 29.09.2026
Today: everyone scribbles on the bot's rulebook
Nobody knows who changed what. So when a bot gets worse, nobody knows why.
Tomorrow: one binder per bot, one signature
Anyone can suggest a change. Anton signs. The change is delivered to the bot.
A guard checks once a day
Is every bot still the same as its binder? The answer goes to a team Slack channel, so everyone can see it. One person on duty looks after it.
Something broke? One undo button
Every delivery keeps a copy of the old version. One command puts it back.
Each bot gets one simple page of rules
Five short questions. No more secret rules the bot wrote for itself.
All 14 bots get the same new brain
GPT-6 Sol, thinking at a normal ("medium") depth. One bot at a time, each with its undo button.
The bots' engines (Hermes and OpenClaw) get updated first, because the old ones don't know this brain yet.
Lock the doors
One key-holder for the servers: Anton. Every change comes through the binder.
Every bot gets its own wallet
Today all bots pay from one wallet. Tomorrow each has its own, with a daily limit โ we see who spends what.
